Q.  I'm often having trouble finding the agent who is marketing a bank owned property & want to go directly through this agent. Who is the Listing agent for the properties on your site?

A. The properties under "My REO Listings" are Listed Exclusively by: Liz Silva of Re/Max Classic (Team Silva). As Listing Agent (I deal DIRECTLY with the bank). Liz Silva or one of her assistants are available to show you the home at your convenience. Of course if you are working exclusively and under contract with another agent - you should contact your agent and YOUR AGENT will make arrangements for your showing.

Q. Do you do the Foreclosure Bus Tours?

A. No, Re/Max Classic/Team Silva is NOT associated with the Foreclosure Bus Tours.  Should you have the desire to view one or multiple properties, feel free to call us & we will schedule a private tour of the properties YOU specifically want to see.

Q. Can I call "any" Re/Max Office & be dealing directly with you?

A.  No! Each office is independently owned & operated! remember just calling ANY Remax office, does NOT mean your dealing directly with a member of TEAM SILVA. Only by calling our REO Hotline 508-536-5007  can you ensure that you will be dealing directly with an REO agent. Or when in doubt, check out or "Meet our Agents" link to see if your dealing with Team Silva's agents. Calling a remax office or the Branch office will not always lead you to a member of our team. (Please note that although we often work in a team setting to assist each other in day-to-day general real estate activities, each agent is an independent contractor who will work with each buyer on their own. So while any team member will be happy to help another team member in a pinch, you should always refer back to the agent who has been helping you in any specific transaction as they are independent to that particular property/transaction) and if under contract or in negotiations another team member may not be privvy to certain information. (refer to your Agency disclosure provided on your first meeting/visit with the agent(s) or ask your agent if you have questions about this).

Q. I viewed your listing with my buyer agent, should I call you directly to negotiate or ask questions?

A. If you have an Agent already and have viewed the property through that agent, We should not (and will not) discuss details with any buyer who has already viewed or sign a contract on one of our properties with another agent. Your agent (as they work for you!!) should be discussing any & all aspects with us directly.. Let them work for their comission. It's their job to call on your behalf.  ;-). We're co-broke friendly & will gladly discuss any particulars with your agent, who will then guide you through the transaction as your agent.  If this does not apply, please feel free to contact Team Silva directly. to schedule a private viewing.
